Sovereign Health Summit: Camping Rules & Guidelines
Thank you for choosing to camp with us during the Sovereign Health Summit. To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all attendees, please review and adhere to the following rules and guidelines.
General Camping Rules

Camping is permitted in designated areas only.

Campers must display their parking/camping pass at all times.

Check-in is required upon arrival. Campers will be directed to their assigned area.

Respect your neighbors – keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.

No illegal substances, underage drinking, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

Open fires are permitted only in designated fire rings or with prior approval. All fires must be attended and extinguished completely before leaving.

Do not leave trash or food unattended. Clean up your site and dispose of waste in provided receptacles or pack out your trash.

Alcohol is permitted in your campsite but should be consumed responsibly and kept out of public spaces.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Camp at your own risk. Appalachian Readiness, Perma Pastures Farm, Rustic Roots Heritage Homestead, Sovereign Health Summit, and landowners are not responsible for loss, theft, or injury.
Pets

Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash at all times.

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their animals.

Aggressive or disruptive animals may be asked to leave the premises.

Pets are not allowed in the vendor or teaching areas.
RVs & Vehicles

RV and trailer spots are limited and must be reserved in advance.

Electricity and Water are at each RV site. There is a dump station available.

Vehicles must remain in designated areas. Driving through campsites is not permitted.

Do not block roadways, fire lanes, or access routes.
Showers & Restrooms
Portable toilets and handwashing stations will be available on-site.
Conduct & Safety

This is a family-friendly event. Please act with courtesy and respect at all times.

If you see something unsafe or have an emergency, contact event staff immediately.

Keep emergency lanes and exits clear at all times.

Tent Camping is Permitted in areas that are not being used for vendors or teaching.

By camping at VanHoy Family Campgrounds, you agree to abide by these rules and understand that failure to follow them may result in removal from the event without refund.

The campground gates will close at 8:00 PM on the Monday prior to the event. If you have not checked in by that time, you will not be able to enter until the following morning at 7:00 AM.
