Refund & Cancellation Policy – Sovereign Health Summit
The Sovereign Health Summit (SHS) is committed to providing a transparent and fair policy regarding ticket sales, sponsorships, vendor spaces, and cancellations. By purchasing a ticket, sponsorship, or vendor booth, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Tickets
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferable to another person if approved in writing by SHS staff prior to the event.
Sponsorships
All sponsorship purchases are final and non-refundable. Sponsorship benefits will be honored as outlined in the sponsorship agreement.
Vendors
All vendor booth sales are final and non-refundable. Vendors are responsible for their own products, displays, and compliance with all applicable laws and event rules. SHS reserves the right to relocate vendor booth spaces within the venue if necessary.
Event Cancellation by SHS
In the unlikely event that SHS must cancel the summit, ticket holders, sponsors, and vendors will be notified immediately.
Force Majeure
SHS is not responsible for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or other emergencies.
