Terms of Service – Sovereign Health Summit

By using this website, purchasing tickets, or attending the Sovereign Health Summit (“SHS”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Event Details & Changes

SHS is scheduled for October 27–31, 2026, in Harmony, North Carolina. SHS reserves the right to change the event location, schedule, speakers, or program as needed.

Tickets & Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be transferable if approved in writing by SHS staff.

Sponsorships & Vendors

Sponsorships and Vendor fees are non-refundable once purchased. Sponsors and vendors are responsible for their own products, setup, and compliance with applicable laws. SHS is not liable for sponsor/vendor claims or actions.

Code of Conduct

Attendees, vendors, and sponsors must conduct themselves respectfully. SHS reserves the right to remove anyone from the event without refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending SHS, you voluntarily assume all risks related to travel, participation, illness, or injury. SHS and its organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damages arising from attendance.

Intellectual Property

All event materials, branding, and website content are the property of SHS or its partners. No content may be copied or reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of North Carolina.
