Required Acknowledgment Before Ticket Purchase
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the following terms and conditions for attendance at the Sovereign Health Summit
Release of Liability
- I understand and agree that my participation in this event is completely voluntary and at my own risk.
- I hereby release and hold harmless Sovereign Health Summit, Appalachian Readiness, Perma-Pastures Farm, Rustic Roots Heritage Homestead, event organizers, hosts, sponsors, vendors, instructors, and property owners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:
- Injury or illness (including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, heat-related illness, or other accidents)
- Theft, damage, or loss of personal property
- Animal-related incidents, including dog behavior or wildlife
- Any other incident occurring on or near the event grounds
Venue Conditions & Terrain Acknowledgment
I understand that:
- The vendor area is located in a field, and I enter at my own risk.
- The teaching area is located in an arena down a hill, and I am solely responsible for navigating the terrain safely.
- I am expected to wear appropriate footwear and exercise caution throughout the venue.
Pet Policy
- Dogs are permitted on-site but must be leashed at all times and kept out of vendor and teaching areas.
- Owners are solely responsible for the behavior, safety, and cleanup of their animals.
- Aggressive or disruptive dogs may be asked to leave the premises.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that outdoor events involve inherent risks, and I assume full responsibility for my own safety, health, and belongings.
I agree not to hold event staff, volunteers, hosts, vendors, or partners responsible for any unexpected events or conditions.
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE NOTICE
By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, videography, and audio recordings may occur throughout the duration of the Expo.
You grant the event organizers—Amber and Bob Toombs, Billy and Michelle Bond—and their representatives’ full permission to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in any promotional, educational, or commercial materials, without compensation. This includes (but is not limited to) use on websites, social media, printed publications, livestreams, or future event promotions.
By entering the event grounds, you waive all rights to inspect or approve media and release the organizers from any liability related to the use of your likeness.
Your attendance confirms agreement with this release.
