** IMPORTANT: If you are a food truck or food vendor you must have insurance and provide proof of insurance. If you are a food truck, food vendor, or plan to make food onsite for sale, YOU MUST HAVE A HEALTH CERTIFICATE through the county. Also, inspections will be conducted by the county.
** NOTE: This is a holistic health, natural living, homesteading, farming, land owner, home owner, gardening, livestock conference. Please make sure your business is relevant to this topic. We cannot, and will not, guarantee sales or traffic to your vending space.
AGREEMENT —
• Vendor must provide own tables, tents, and chairs for the event, otherwise, an additional cost will be charged.
• Your registration is NOT accepted until you receive a CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING email from us and have paid applicable fees. This form is simply an application. We reserve the right to turn away any vendor if we feel it is not a good fit for this event. We do not promise exclusivity to any vendor.
• Vendors are responsible for their own products, banners, promo materials, tents, etc. Each vendor is required to clean up their space as it was before. If your space is not cleaned properly upon departure, there will be a cleanup fee billed separately.
• There are NO REFUNDS. This event will go on rain or shine.
• Vendors must be open from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm
• ALL FOOD ITEMS MUST BE LABELED. In the state of North Carolina, all food items (breads, desserts, cheese, etc) must be labeled with an ingredient list.
• Appalachian Readiness, Perma-Pastures Farm, Rustic Roots Heritage Homestead, and Sovereign Health Summit are NOT legally responsible should you not be in compliance with North Carolina state laws. Please do your research and adhere accordingly. We are also not responsible for injury of self or products. You are in charge of your own insurance for your vendor space and business.
• ALL FOOD VENDORS must present their safe handlers certificate and latest inspection 8 weeks before the summit! ALL FOOD VENDORS are required to comply with environmental health and keep the portal up to date. Failure to do so will result in a non-refundable cancellation!
• ALL VENDORS are required to set up their booths on Monday October 26, 2026 prior to 6p.m.
• ALL VENDORS, including food vendors, are required to attend their booths at all times. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for theft, damage, or injury.
• Each vendor booth comes with 1 extra adult ticket so you have someone available to help manage your space. Additional team members will need to purchase regular admission.
•For the safety of attendees, VENDOR VEHICLES, including food trucks, are not permitted to operate within the campground during conference hours(8am-8pm).
PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE NOTICE
By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, videography, and audio recordings may occur throughout the duration of the Expo.
You grant the event organizers—Amber and Bob Toombs, Billy and Michelle Bond—and their representatives full permission to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in any promotional, educational, or commercial materials, without compensation. This includes (but is not limited to) use on websites, social media, printed publications, livestreams, or future event promotions.
By entering the event grounds, you waive all rights to inspect or approve media, and release the organizers from any liability related to the use of your likeness.
Your attendance confirms agreement with this release.
